What is TeachWorks?

TeachWorks is the parent hub where you can track your calendar, invoicing, and notes home. Access is yours for the duration of our work together.

Do you work with our student’s teachers?

We love working with teachers! We encourage families to make the introduction so we can all be on the same page toward student goals.

How can I reschedule a session?

You can email us or contact your tutor to request a new time.

What if we cannot make it?

Please let us know as soon as possible. We have a strict cancellation policy and are happy to reschedule when given enough notice.

How will I know how my student is doing?

Our most popular feature inside the parent hub is the progress notes you get from your tutor. You won’t need to rely on your student to fill you in on the details. These are sent the same day as the session.

Do you follow the school holidays?

Depending on the holiday, we typically follow the North Kitsap School District schedule. We are usually closed for the big holidays like Labor Day and Memorial Day. If you’re not sure about a particular date or your district schedule, please check in.

What type of planners do you prefer?

Each student receives a complimentary planner when they begin working with us. The layout we prefer is one that gives a week at a glance vs. a month or day at a glance.

What if we need help in a different subject?

Students often need help in a subject they didn’t initially sign up for, and we can schedule them with another one of our amazing team members. We love helping students with a variety of subjects. Please reach out for availability.
