What is executive function coaching?

Executive function coaching helps students develop critical skills like organization, time management, task initiation, and sustained focus. At Bright Heart Learning, our coaches work one-on-one with students to build habits and systems that support academic success and lifelong learning.

Do you offer online tutoring?

Yes. Bright Heart Learning offers virtual tutoring sessions across the USA and globally. Our online sessions use the same Connection Before Content approach as our in-person sessions in Poulsbo, WA.

What subjects do you tutor?

We tutor Math (Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Statistics), Science (Chemistry, Biology, Physics), English, History, Spanish, ASL, Elementary Subjects, AP classes, and college-level courses. We also offer test prep for SAT, ACT, GRE, GED, and ASVAB.

What is Connection Before Content?

Connection Before Content is Bright Heart Learning's proprietary approach that prioritizes building a genuine relationship with each student before diving into academics. Students often arrive with big emotions that shut down cognition. By establishing emotional safety first, students regain the capacity to learn effectively.

Do you work with students who have ADHD or dyslexia?

Yes. We specialize in supporting students with ADHD, dyslexia, auditory and visual processing disorders, and other learning differences. Our tutors are trained to adapt their approach to each student's unique learning profile.
